Michaele Angelo Cantos

Michaele Angelo Cantos is currently the Human Capital Management Trainer of SunFish DataOn Philippines. He has been an Instructor in the Rizal Technological University’s College of Business and Entrepreneurial Technology under the Human Resource and Development Management Department since 2019. He was awarded as one of the Outstanding Faculty Members of the College even during his first year as a full-time instructor. He is also designated as the Head of the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) - Learning, Engagement, Advancement and Development (LEAD) Division and spearheads learning and development programs and interventions for the employees of the university. He also worked in private companies such as Seaoil Philippines Inc., National Book Store, IBM Global Services Philippines, and iOpex Technologies Philippines, where he gained strong experience in many areas of Human Resource Management. In August 2021, he received the credential of Certified Learning and Development Professional. Moreover, in 2016, he received a Certification in Learning Design and Evaluation from the Ateneo CORD. He has been invited as a guest speaker in several agencies and institutions. One of his missions is to promote the idea that Learning is Fun. He ranked 7th in the Civil Service Examination - Professional Level last 2018. He co-authored a reviewer for the Civil Service Examination. He has also written a few reference, self-help, and inspirational books. Additionally, he has written scripts for business coaches and trainers while working as a freelance writer.
